Emergency Fund, to support children’s rights – all of it in recognition of the “International
Year of the Child, 1979.”
And guess what !! The money of Chiquitita’s royalties has ever since gone to Santa Catalina
La Tinta, Verapaz, a small Mayan town in the Highlands of … yes Guatemala !
